Tropical Storm Harvey was named this evening located just north of the Honduras coastline. Today's update discusses TS Harvey, as well as Invests 97L, 98L, and 99L. Invest 97L looks like if it develops it will indeed be a threat to the southeastern U.S. or the eastern Gulf of Mexico late next week.
